Meet Your Doula
I’ve always felt drawn to supporting women—especially during pregnancy and birth. There’s just something that happens when women come together… things soften, we feel more like ourselves, and we remember how strong and capable we actually are.
My journey into birth work started when I became a mom. During my first pregnancy, I went deep—asking questions, learning about my options, and choosing care providers (including an amazing doula) who truly respected me and my choices. That experience led me to have an unmedicated home birth, and honestly, it changed everything for me. I didn’t just feel proud of how I gave birth—I felt different. More grounded, more confident, more trusting in my body.
That’s what led me to become a birth doula. I wanted other women to feel that same kind of trust and support in their own births—whether they’re planning a home birth, hospital birth, or something in between.
Not long after, I had my second baby and suddenly found myself with two little ones under two. That season taught me a lot about what real support actually looks like. It’s not just encouraging words—it’s having someone steady, present, and truly in your corner.
Now, as a birth doula, I support women through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with a mix of emotional support, practical guidance, and a lot of calm, grounded presence. My goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and connected to your own instincts every step of the way.
Outside of birth work, I teach yoga, love getting outside (hiking, camping, backpacking with my family), and have a not-so-secret love for thrift shopping. I’m also a lifelong learner who enjoys studying herbs, making simple medicines, and cooking new meals for my family and friends.

Fun Facts
Movement has always been part of my life—whether it’s teaching yoga, going to ecstatic dance, or just shaking off the day in the kitchen.
I’m an artist at heart and love painting, bringing color into my home, sketching figure drawings with charcoal, and experimenting with new mediums. Even if I don’t have as much time for it in this season, it still feels like a core part of me. I also model for figure drawing classes, which keeps me connected to the art world in a really fun way.
I’m a mom of two under two, so life is a little chaotic and a lot of love (and yes, lots of reheated coffee).
I grew up in Portland and will always be a PNW girl at heart—give me trees, fresh air, and a good cozy layer.
We live on a little family farm with grandparents next door, which basically means built-in babysitters and never a dull moment.
I’m a big fan of good conversation, warm drinks, and anything handmade or thoughtfully created.
