I offer a range of supportive services—whether you're preparing for birth, navigating postpartum, or looking to build community with other parents.

Prenatal & Birth Doula Package

Comprehensive support to prepare, birth, and integrate with confidence and care.

Includes:

  • 4 prenatal sessions (60–90 min each)

    • Birth preferences & planning

    • Informed choice & interventions

    • Somatic tools: journaling, visualization, tarot (if desired)

    • Emotional support & mindset preparation

  • On-call availability from 37–43 weeks

  • In-person birth support from active labor through ~2 hours postpartum

  • 1 postpartum visit for:

    • Birth processing

    • Newborn care & emotional support

    • Nourishing meals & household help

Investment:
$1,800-$2,200 (sliding scale pricing)
