Postpartum Package

A softer landing into parenthood.
The early postpartum weeks are a time of enormous physical and emotional adjustment. Your body is recovering from birth, your baby is learning how to be in the world, and your entire household is finding a new rhythm. Having consistent support during this transition can make space for more rest, nourishment, recovery, and connection.
As a postpartum doula, I provide hands-on, practical support that helps lighten the everyday demands of this season. This may include newborn care and education, feeding support, preparing nourishing food, light housekeeping, postpartum recovery care, emotional processing, and creating space for you to rest. I can also help you troubleshoot the challenges that come with those first weeks and connect you with additional resources or providers when needed.
My philosophy is rooted in the idea that the person who gave birth deserves to be cared for, too. Rather than expecting you to immediately return to normal life while caring for a newborn, postpartum care creates a supported environment where you can recover, nourish yourself, bond with your baby, and gradually find your new rhythm.
